Have you watched hockey all your life and never got a chance to play?

Have you felt "left out" in your relationships with fellow Canadians because you don't play hockey?
Or just don't understand most Canadian beer commercials?

Are you a terrible skater who loves hockey or a pretty good skater who's never played hockey? Or a terrible skater who knows absolutely nothing about hockey?

Then this is the league for you! Welcome to the GHL - Hockey for Beginners! A league that caters to adults (female and male!) who are truly new hockey players. The worse you are the more suited you are to our league. We cut the players that are too advanced!

We play in the Fall and Winter on Saturday nights and in the Summer on Wednesday nights at the Liuna 4 Ice Centre on the East mountain in Hamilton.

Our summer season begins with Evaluations for all our players at the end of April (date and time TBD).  Teams will then be built and our regular season begins on May 6th and runs until August 26th.  The price for skaters is $445 and for goalies $225.
